Do I need to install an agent?

No. Relay connects to your git host and cloud provider with read-only tokens. Most teams connect in under ten minutes.

What counts as a service?

Anything you deploy separately: an API, a worker, a site. Starter includes three.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Team is month to month. Cancel from Settings and you keep access until the end of the period.

Where is my data stored?

In the region you pick at sign-up. Scale plans can use a private region.
